Polka Dot Blouse WIP

I'm working on view C with this pink polka dot fabric. View C has a rounded collar and gathered sleeves. I'm skipping the applied lace trim.

I bought the fabric two states ago to try to recreate a skirt I saw in a store. I got most of the way through the skirt but was unsatisfied and the project has been languishing in the unfinished bin ever since. This last weekend I became inspired to turn it into something useful and work appropriate. Probably a couple of hours more and it will be ready to wear!
