The design at the top of my queue is #24 Ruffled Cardigan. I have some black cotton yarn that I think will work quite well for this pattern. I imagine it being a really great, basic piece to wear over dresses and blouses; not too heavy, just a great wardrobe support piece.
Vogue Knitting Spring/Summer 2009
A few weeks ago I received my first issue of Vogue Knitting in the mail. My first subscription issue that is. I've been buying the magazine at the newsstand for years, even before I knew how to knit. I love Vogue Knitting. Some of the patterns are a little zany for me but I always find something beautiful and wearable to knit in every issue. It's very likely my favorite knitting magazine.
