Sketchbooks

My sketchbooks, contrary to the name are not primarily filled with sketches. Mostly, the books house patterns, measurements and schematics with a few sketches thrown in. Sketchbooks are how I record and organize all of my creative endeavors. I have a separate sketchbook for every craft or large endeavor. The sketchbook with green dots is for sewing. The blue book is for knitting.

I use the sketchbooks to write down ideas, draft patterns, and make notes on what works and what doesn't. And now, a little tip from me to you: Spiral bound books are the easiest to use and a small book is easiest to transport.
