Happy Blogiversary to me! I think the idea of a blogiversary is kind of funny. The word isn't even in the dictionary although I bet it will be soon. After all, ginormous made it in.It's been a very busy week but I've managed to throw together one of my favorite patterns for your enjoyment. Today's free pattern is a sewing pattern for a Reversible Shoulder Bag. It makes a great market bag. Shown above is a scaled down version of the dimensions given in the pattern. The photo below is of the large version.
UPDATE: Please go to my new website to download pdf and instructions. The first page of the pdf is instructions. The second page is a diagram for the pattern. I haven't had time to make a version that can be printed and tiled together at full size. So, there may be updates in the future.

Jessica, thanks for stopping by! Right now the instructions give dimensions so that you can draw the pattern yourself. When I get a little more time, I'll make one that can be printed on letter-size paper and then taped together to make a full size printed pattern.

Hi Wendy! Thanks for stopping by and commenting. The fabric I used for the bags pictured in this post was purchased at a small store in the fashion district of Los Angeles. I don't know what stores you have available to you and I've never bought fabric online. I have been admiring the prints at reprodepot.com.
