The
Floral Sandy Dress by Elizabeth and James is sooo lovely not to mention detailed. First off the drawstring neckline with peek-a-boo openings. Then the dip or "mullet" hem. And last but certainly not least that open back. I love the draping at the top of the back. It's really quite beautiful. I would love to have this dress in a solid navy crepe with a satin navy ribbon waistband; quite elegant, like a 1930s Hollywood starlet.
