Moodboard – Pajamas

What one wears to bed is kind of a personal thing. Unless you're living in a dorm, only your nearest and dearest know what you wear for slumber time. For me, my night time wear changes with the season – more in winter, less in summer. These days, the nights have been colder and I'm sleeping in long sleeves and pants under a big pile of blankets. But when summer rolls around, it will be a tank top and sleep shorts for me. Before I tuck in for the night I put on big thick socks (my feet get cold easily) and slather myself in super-hydrating cream (the Burt's Bees shown above is the thickest I've ever tried - I love it!). What do you like to wear to bed and how do you get ready to go to sleep?

  1. Love the idea of slathering cream just before bed, need to keep a tube of cream by my bedside. I like the black and white polka dot shorts :) I just finished sewing a pink pj tshirt and shorts set for my daughter :)

  2. It seems like we have equal habits: Im a "Coldy" myself and have bought a big, fluffy, warm blanket to use during the winter (if its really cold I have a knitted blanket on the top) and lots and lots of pillows. I use Botanics night cream for sensitive skin which is also very moister and thick :D ( I do adore Burt Bees footcream- its awesome to put on before bed and put socks on- you wake up with the softest feet ever)
I love to use very soft cotton t-shirts, shorts and socks during the winter. If I using pants they have to be with wide legs :)
