Free Geometric Desktop Wallpaper

I was feeling inspired by triangles this week so I found the font Iso available on Fontspace for free and made some geometric wallpapers for you to decorate your computer and phone. The design uses mostly the punctuation and a few letters carefully arranged on a light blue background.

DIY Rice Therapy Pillow

I wanted to make a small project involving piecing and was something useful that I don't already have. Enter the Rice Therapy Pillow. These are great little pillows that can be used hot or cold to relieve aches and pains or warm up cold feet. You simply store the bag in the freezer for cold therapy and microwave it for a few minutes on high for warm therapy. 

I made a removable cover for the pillow using pieced right square triangles in dark blue and neon green.

Moodboard – Triangles

These days I find triangles so inspirational and inherently cool that I have a pinterest board entirely devoted to the simple three sided shape. You might remember the triangles I've done with fabric paint. See the ombre clutch and camera strap. When quilting, the next logical step from squares and rectangles has got to be triangles. Don't you think? I have a little quilting craft I'm going to show you later this week featuring triangles that I really love. I'm definitely seeing more triangles in my future.
